This was my first major project at Discovery. It was exciting to have the chance to fully develop a campaign for the freshman series, Call of the Wildman. After brainstorming different options, we felt that it would be best to focus on Ernie’s tools of the trade, his hands. Along with the keyart, we suggested that the client print transparent clings of muddy handprints to make it seem like the Turtleman himself had hung up the posters around town. The prints were a happy addition, especially around headquarters where nothing like this had ever been done before to internal signage.
