What’s great about a company like Discovery Communications is that it’s not afraid to poke fun at itself. After the world-wide success of the infamous “What Does the Fox Say” video, Discovery was quick to embrace the joke and use it as the platform for the 2014 Employee Survey. (How is this video associated with Discovery? Discovery recently acquired SBS over in Norway, which is the media group that owns the channel that Ylvis, the singers of the Fox song, have their show on... [whef!]) The campaign went as far as to invite employees to post pictures of themselves with fox masks once they completed the survey.
