In 2016 I had the absolute fortune of visiting Japan. No trip has impacted my work so directly. Seeing the bright, and brilliant designs of Japan, I felt like I was transported back to childhood, where, not knowing how to read, you direct yourself simply by visuals and graphics. It gave me an even greater appreciation for vector design, and inspired me to create this series of illustrations based on our adventures when I returned.
